Fase produccion: alinear plantilla fiscal con campos de impuestos

Actualiza invoice.fodt para usar itbis_invoiced_line y tip_invoiced tras la normalizacion de campos. Agrega prueba de regresion para evitar referencias al campo heredado itbis_line.
