The console does not commit the transaction automatically, so the updated
addresses are not persisted without an explicit commit.

We must rely only on the selection validation to require a value to permit to
create new incoterm in incoterm module when carrier_carriage is already
activated.

68816ce94559 moves the button definition from product_price_list_dates module
to product_price_list but as product_price_list is updated first it can not
create the button because of the unique constraint.
