Cédric Krier 197a988ef1 Ensure readonly fields are copied with the default value 
Since 6c611c520744, the readonly of field is enforced so the copied value of
readonly field must be the default value to skip the check.

based on groups should be skipped for administrators.

Nicolas Évrard 174ea46d73 Lock the whole manipulation of the instance __dict__ when accessing attributes 
Previously the lock was too fine grained and missed some concurrent access that
could result in AttributeError. We implement a slightly changed double-checked
locking technique to ensure a fast path when the initialization already
occured.

Cédric Krier 1bc165be5e Set timeout to 0 when receiving PostgreSQL notifications
