Cédric Krier aa1475a467 Use boolean value when enforcing value to edit delivery date of purchase line 
The clients always convert Boolean field values into boolean so the domain
validation against None value is always failing.

Cédric Krier 5c3f4e503e Use fixed location type to compute quantity to invoice for sale and purchase 
Using the computed location to get the expected type is not reliable because
for return order, the location can be of different type and the stock move can
change of location type.

Cédric Krier fbe77f6a39 Allow to extend the invoices list to compute invoice state of sale and purchase 
So advance payment invoices can be included in the original computation
instead of duplicating the computation since changeset 1a763ffe4a66 renamed
waiting into pending and add more states.

Cédric Krier 69a1be6404 Assign all possible shipments and productions when trying 
If assign_try fails to assign all the moves, we check if all the moves of each
shipment and production are assigned and then assign them.
Also we remove the boolean return which makes no more sense.

Cédric Krier 4683fde7ac Make scenario independent of the current day 
The fiscal years are created centered on the passed date such that if the
current day change during the execution, the fiscal year is still usable.
Also fiscal year can be created for a range of dates such that it is guarantee
that the dates are in the fiscal year.
And finally remove datetime and dateutil import when they are not used.
