Cédric Krier 4dbbd20bd3 Add round_price 
We add a common method to round prices that are stored using the price digits.
It is useless to use the digits from the field because it can not be changed in
any other way than by configuration.

Cédric Krier db5b621734 Add actual quantity on line 
The actual quantity is computed once the order is processing. We take the
biggest quantity between the shipped and invoiced and ignore the cancelled.

Cédric Krier 7869121038 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 07bb9cac8b Remove product_suppliers domain constraint on product 
As product suppliers can be defined at the product and template level but also
using a MatchMixin, it is no more flexible to have a domain using it on the
product. It does not hurt the data integrity because if the field is changed
the product_supplier field will also be validated (because it depends on it).
Also the on_change's ensure a default integrity for the user.
