Cédric Krier 7869121038 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier 98b86f6a5e Use task queue to process purchase 
It adds configured delay for processing purchase which provides a grace period.
And it allows to reset to draft confirmed but not processed purchase.

The origin may be changed for a purchase line without unit. In such case the
purchase will no more compute the remaining quantity.

Cédric Krier 1c4509ad9a Enforce the same category of UoM for move with a purchase line as origin 
The purchase line computes the remaining quantity and the quantity to invoice
by converting the move quantity to the purchase unit. So they must have the
same category of UoM.
