Cédric Krier db5b621734 Add actual quantity on line 
The actual quantity is computed once the order is processing. We take the
biggest quantity between the shipped and invoiced and ignore the cancelled.

It adds configured delay for processing purchase which provides a grace period.
And it allows to reset to draft confirmed but not processed purchase.

The quantity of the line may be negative, so the absolute value must be used.
The scenario update does not catch this case because it is a complex case that
can not be achieved with the default methods. But it adds various states
checks.

Cédric Krier e66e98cd64 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
