Cédric Krier 2197eb153c Set only the missing tax amount on the current period 
The ratio is computed for all the existing periods with payments, so when
updating for a new period only the part that is not yet on a period should be
modified.

Cédric Krier be68d7ad69 Use a separate browse list to compute amounts from non cached states 
The browse record list loops over the ids of the list to complete the read
batch. So move the record without cache at the end does not prevent to read
the lines of the first records with cache. A separate browse list must be used
for the records without cache to prevent to read lines from record with cache.

This allows to create only instances for the lines of type line when only
those lines are needed.
This mainly avoid to compute amount for subtotal lines when accessing the
amount of instance of type line.

Cédric Krier e00fd063c5 Reuse simple COALESCE expression to filter moves after stock period 
The expression must be the same as the one in the indexes such that the
indexes can be used to directly filter out all the moves before the period.
This restores the original expression that was changed by e4431b79e409 for the
generic move_date. But by design there can not be any assigned move planned
before the closed period.
