Cédric Krier 6d7daac2a8 Round only the tax amount of the line when rounding per line 
If we round the tax amount already added to the other line, the result may vary
depending on the order of the lines.
This is because round half even is used so the result may depend on the already
summed tax amounts.

Cédric Krier 626622d439 Do not use OFX balance statement if the balance date is not the statement end date 
The bank can put a balance for the statement at a different date than the end
date of the statement. But for Tryton the end balance must be the balance at
the end of the statement.

Cédric Krier 1761ffeab3 Reset to quotation Shopify sale with insufficient authorized payment amount 
Shopify order can be modified from the admin in such way that the total
increase and it is only partially paid.
In such case we must prevent to process the sale by resetting to quotation
until being fully paid.
