Cédric Krier a7affa630b Do not enforce uom category on done or cancelled move 
The user can no more fix such move so we should not fail if the validation is
triggered by the update of another field.

We add a common method to round prices that are stored using the price digits.
It is useless to use the digits from the field because it can not be changed in
any other way than by configuration.

Cédric Krier 5c12d36b7d Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier d2befe114e Do not include flat location children from child_of search 
If the flat location children are not explicitly in the requested locations,
they should not be included because the quantity is already included in the
parent location and they will be added twice if a single location is requested
(because of the quick loop).

In case of negative quantity, the unit price is used as cost price if it is an
incoming and the cost price is kept if tit is an outgoing.
