Cédric Krier 7326f057ec Bundle CA certificates when freezing 
On Darwin either, Python uses its own copy of OpenSSL and so it does not use
the certificate from the OS.

Cédric Krier a3337e52c9 Use GtkApplication 
- Connect to the database before starting the application to generate the ID
- Use application menu
- Use HeaderBar to receive the global search entry and favorites
- Use MenuButton for tab menu
- Remove IPC and rely on GtkApplication command
- Use GtkApplication.get_active_window for get_toplevel_window
- Use Singleton pattern for Main

This is the only case where ssl certificates are bundled. On other platform,
it prevents to use the system certificates.
