Cédric Krier 3e3f142458 Remove fast tabbing 
The focus_chain is deprecated in GTK+3 so we can no more implement easily the
fast tabbing. Instead we remove focusable property on buttons that are not
needed because they have shortcuts.

Cédric Krier a3337e52c9 Use GtkApplication 
- Connect to the database before starting the application to generate the ID
- Use application menu
- Use HeaderBar to receive the global search entry and favorites
- Use MenuButton for tab menu
- Remove IPC and rely on GtkApplication command
- Use GtkApplication.get_active_window for get_toplevel_window
- Use Singleton pattern for Main

Cédric Krier b4e48bd549 Do not fail on timezone operation before epoch on Windows 
dateutil fails to use tzlocal on Windows for datetime before epoch.
So we just skip the timezone conversion which result in using UTC.

Cédric Krier a2ccd96770 Add option to check new version 
Check on startup and every 8 hours for bug-fix release with a HEAD request to
the download site. The URL depends on the platform and if the python system is
frozen. The notification message has a download button.
