Cédric Krier 15baadf36e Remove fail an succeed button from payment list 
Since the state is always updated by statement, those buttons are less useful
on a list view.

Cédric Krier 70ebb98abb Replace payment wizard confirmation by button 
A button is easier for the user to discover than a keyword action.
There is a small risk that user does not group the processing of payments but
it existed also wizard the keyword action and it is compensated largely by the
benefit of discoverability.

Cédric Krier 14bc5d2a6c Use selection widget for journal fields 
It is expected to have only a small number of journals.
But also it is uncommon to create of a new journal from a form.
So it provides a better user experience to use a selection widget.

It can be useful for the user to be able to create payment for invoice lines
directly from the invoice form.
