Cédric Krier 4216547adc Store only records count greater than 0 in the cache when delete records 
The existing cached count may be just an estimation so it is possible that more
records are deleted.

Cédric Krier 4f571c7475 Set all attributes of transaction before connecting to the database 
The connection to the database may fail and thus stop and rollback may be
called. All the attributes must be set to avoid to raise another AttributeError
exception.

Cédric Krier 196f9ab692 Register cache instance after being fully initialized 
Otherwise an instance can be accessed by another thread via the registry when
it is still being initialized. And it may crash on missing attribute.

Cédric Krier 4a28402252 Resolve Tryton modules using entrypoints
