Cédric Krier 31c1aa96f0 Use save to get message info when triggering an action 
Instead of always calling save_current on the screen, it is better to call
save when the record has been modified. This allows to get message information
about failure or success but only if the record needed to be saved.

- define col for each column with a relative width
- add title to content and header of cells in case of overflow
- remove padding when editing cell

Cédric Krier 59918ccc77 Replace tooltip by title and aria-label 
As we display only text, it is more efficient to use title attribute. But we
must also set aria-label because not all screen readers read the title.
We add also the missing tooltip on some buttons.

The screen should not be read-only if the user is allowed to create record even
if he is not allowed to modify it. And it is the same for the save button.

Cédric Krier 100974a71c Use a wrapper on toolbar to keep the space when toolbar is fixed 
Without such fix, the size of the scrollbar can change and thus prevents to
scroll up to a record.
