The changeset 3a0931d04904 added a readonly states but the description is a
substitut to the product so it should be readonly like the product.

Cédric Krier 147140ebd1 Reload screen after creating purchase from purchase request 
This way the user see that the selected purchase requests have been purchased
as they are no longer in the draft tab.
