Cédric Krier d61e939339 Do not use .hidden class to mark cell in grid as hidden 
In e5446fb8d4ce the .hidden class is added to cells to remove the padding of
empty but Boostrap defines the same class with display none.
So once a cell is marked as hidden, it stays hidden.

Nicolas Évrard 3f8c74138f Reset state of records when a sibling is in exception on node collapse 
When loading a record raises an error, the record stays in error forever.
With the node resetted to an unloaded state another opening of the parent node
will trigger a reread which solves the transient errors

It is implies that all buttons close the dialog so it is omitted.

Cédric Krier 310d8d1daf Set visibility of active button when screen is displayed 
Setting it on the domain parser property does not ensure that it is always set
if the parser has been cached or the context screen is not valid.
Also it is not right that accessing a property trigger a change of state.
As the button visibility can change between views, the active domain must only
be added if the button is currently visible.

Cédric Krier 23a718ab1d Do not render deactivated actions in completion 
The disabled attribute is not enough to prevent the click event.
So it is simpler to not render the action that are not supported like tryton
does.

Cédric Krier ff17338ea5 Set type to Blob for SVG image 
Without proper type, browsers do not render SVG image from Blob.
So we try to guess if it is an SVG image by trying to parse it as XML.
For other types, browsers render them without type.
