Cédric Krier 1d3584acb7 Improve distinction of address record name 
Add building name, first street line and country code on address rec_name.
Also use party full_name instead of rec_name as it is used to format the
address.

Cédric Krier 6cac1da75a Use coalesce to concatenate streets column in migration 
If any of the streets column is null, the result of concat will be null.
So we must coalesce it with empty string.

Cédric Krier c8e8003131 Add validation of address format 
The substitutions "district" and "district_code" have no counterpart in the
address model and are thus replaced with the semantic equivalents "subdivision"
and "subdivision_code".

Cédric Krier 07900d7a2b Restrict subdivision address to first level 
If many low level subdivision are filled for a country then the view is slow to
render because the selection widget fetch all of them. It is better to limit
the selection to the first level and let customize module adds new field for
lower divisions.
