Cédric Krier 0e92537753 Do not generate UPDATE query if there is no columns to erase 
Some erasure cases may not need to update columns but just remove attachment
or inactivate the record.

Cédric Krier 895a0d4344 Add contact_mechanism_get on Party 
Similar to address_get but for contact mechanisms with types and usage
parameters.
It also adds the method 'usages' to allow other models to retrieve a selection
list ready to use. Each module must inherit it and append the field name to
the _fields parameter.

Cédric Krier 41ab8e990e Use empty dictionary for default addresses 
The client will anyway call default_get to get the default values but it will
do it only for the fields present in the view. This will prevent the client to
fetch the definition of the fields that were not in the view.

Cédric Krier c8fd86722d Remove Party Language configuration 
The Party language is now a property for which the default value is no more
managed by default method.
Also it is probably better to leave the field empty if user doesn't know than
having a default value set like that a choice can be done at run time.
