Cédric Krier 650a3e733e Do not use selection widget for country and subdivision 
Since issue11599 the flag in front of the name prevents to match the name when
typing on keyboard.
But also the selection matching prevents also to match with the codes which is
a convenient way to quickly select a record.

Cédric Krier f5ac31ba06 Position new record based on order 
We sent an order to the client for action and xxx2Many so its screen has
always a default order set.
To position a new record on non editable tree, we use the order of the 'id'
column if presents.

Cédric Krier 895a0d4344 Add contact_mechanism_get on Party 
Similar to address_get but for contact mechanisms with types and usage
parameters.
It also adds the method 'usages' to allow other models to retrieve a selection
list ready to use. Each module must inherit it and append the field name to
the _fields parameter.

Cédric Krier c8fd86722d Remove Party Language configuration 
The Party language is now a property for which the default value is no more
managed by default method.
Also it is probably better to leave the field empty if user doesn't know than
having a default value set like that a choice can be done at run time.
