Identifiers are quoted in trytond/backend/postgresql/table.py,
sequence names must be quoted too (see
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/functions-sequence.html)

On MySQL the max length is 64
On PostgreSQL the max length is a build option, so we use the max length of the
known indexes
