Bertrand Chenal 45a7fbc474 * menuitem import : if a menuitem has no name, the name of the action is used. 
* updated xml files to use this feature instead of rely on the "string path" (ie name="parent/menu name")

Bertrand Chenal 03c640af9b WIP xml sax api: 
* added cdata around some views to escape them
* the tag record is nearly handled, need to code the id_get with smart cache.
* need some sleep :)
