Cédric Krier 30c158ba82 Do not always update stripe amount with amount received on payment intent succeeded 
The amount received is never updated once the payment intent has been created.
So we should update the payment amount only if the amount received is less
because the payment amount may have been already reduced by refunds.

Cédric Krier 4ef1675faf Increase maximal number of retries in test scenario 
When many scenario are run with the same account in parallel, the processing
time of Stripe can increase a lot so we need to wait longer.

Cédric Krier 70ebb98abb Replace payment wizard confirmation by button 
A button is easier for the user to discover than a keyword action.
There is a small risk that user does not group the processing of payments but
it existed also wizard the keyword action and it is compensated largely by the
benefit of discoverability.

Cédric Krier 4683fde7ac Make scenario independent of the current day 
The fiscal years are created centered on the passed date such that if the
current day change during the execution, the fiscal year is still usable.
Also fiscal year can be created for a range of dates such that it is guarantee
that the dates are in the fiscal year.
And finally remove datetime and dateutil import when they are not used.
