Set origin on shipment cost invoice line earlier
...
The origin must be set before calling on_change_product such that module like
account_tax_rule_country can fill the tax rule pattern.

Convert shipment costs in company currency when they have been generated
...
For shipment cost from the shipment, the effective date of the shipment is
used.
And for shipment cost from the sale order, the sale date is used.

Deduce sold shipment cost from shipment once sale is shipped
...
When the shipment cost method is by order, the sold shipment cost is
dispatched between shipments once the sale is shipped.
The amount is stored on the shipment for each sale (in case the shipments have
been grouped) and deduced from the shipment cost when it is set on the stock
moves.
