Cédric Krier 61aceb4f19 Use One2Many for searching advance and recalled invoice line 
The method get_recall_lines is called by create_invoice which is called from
the processing loop on the sales. So it is better to use relation fields
instead of triggering search query on each iteration.

Cédric Krier 203fd3a1cf Recall advance line only for the amount not yet recalled 
The method get_recall_lines is called each time an invoice is created so it
should consider the amount previously recalled.

Cédric Krier fbe77f6a39 Allow to extend the invoices list to compute invoice state of sale and purchase 
So advance payment invoices can be included in the original computation
instead of duplicating the computation since changeset 1a763ffe4a66 renamed
waiting into pending and add more states.

Cédric Krier 69a1be6404 Assign all possible shipments and productions when trying 
If assign_try fails to assign all the moves, we check if all the moves of each
shipment and production are assigned and then assign them.
Also we remove the boolean return which makes no more sense.

Cédric Krier 4683fde7ac Make scenario independent of the current day 
The fiscal years are created centered on the passed date such that if the
current day change during the execution, the fiscal year is still usable.
Also fiscal year can be created for a range of dates such that it is guarantee
that the dates are in the fiscal year.
And finally remove datetime and dateutil import when they are not used.
