Cédric Krier 1f013a7eec Convert read column into proper type with SQLite 
As SQLite has few basic types, we must use column names cast parsing to ensure
to read values in proper type.

We add a rule to give read access to all view searches without a user.
We manage the delete access on client side thanks to the _delete attribute.
If the user does not have the delete right, the bookmark star is disabled.

Cédric Krier d3494d767c Support MsgDirective and cache template for report 
We add the Translator directives to the template so we can use the i18n
extension on HTML report.
We also cache in memory the parsed template and avoid to write it in temp
directory for the loader.

Client using XMLHttpRequest should manage themselves the authentication.
So by not setting the header, we prevent the browser to raise an authentication
popup.
