Cédric Krier 6b14518eff Position new record based on order 
We sent an order to the client for action and xxx2Many so its screen has
always a default order set.
To position a new record on non editable tree, we use the order of the 'id'
column if presents.

Cédric Krier e0b48d3f21 Skip eager loading if field is already in the cache 
The Many2One and Reference fields are stored in global cache. If they are
already in the cache, the other eager fields should also be in the cache and it
is highly probable that no read will be needed. So it is better to skip the
eager loading.

On PostgreSQL-12, the epoch FLOAT is now 6 digits but rounded to 5 digits when
cast into NUMERIC.

Cédric Krier 442fa2a1da Display decoding error in HTML editor 
If the bytes can not be decoded in UTF-8, we should display a nice error
message instead of failing with a 500.
Also if the text is not a string, we must return a 400 as it is a wrong
request.
