The _save_values reset the target link of one2many because it will be set by
the setter. But when the one2many is a Function field, it may not have a
target.

The attribute target contains the name of the field on the relation model and
not the name of the target model.

Nicolas Évrard 13944b6b84 Remove useless computation of module on the translations creation 
The .create() call for the ir.translation object guess the module of the
translations created when the module passed is not a value evaluating to True.

This could cause the unique constraint to fail when synchronizing translations
after a report has been overriden in the interface.

A single report render each record separately and return them in a zip file.
To ensure the uniqueness of the file in the zip, it uses the id of the record
but also the record name to be user-friendly.

Cédric Krier 07d293caf8 Add support test database cache for remote postgresql 
If pg_dump/pg_restore are not available, we create a copy of the database on
PostgreSQL server using the template option of "CREATE DATABASE". We still
create a file in the cache folder to know that there is a backup.
