Cédric Krier 70dcf79404 Check access without and with domain rule at the same time for read and write 
For read and write operation, we must first check without domain rule to
ensure the ids exist before testing with the domain rules.

Cédric Krier ff376d7d01 Prevent storing Decimal with too much trailing zero 
The trailing zero are kept in the Decimal and rendered in the string
representation which is unexpected for a field with limited digits.

Cédric Krier 6019dd7f03 Remove user from contextual key of Cache 
The user was added by 08e1868e307c because it was part of the arguments of the
cached function before.
But actually cache would have better hit ratio without the user as many users
should share the same context.
