Cédric Krier 31e8634bf4 Fix bytes and bytearray usage 
- sqlite can not convert bytearray, must use buffer
- binary value could be stored as unicode
- don't dump bytes as base64 in xmlrpclib if bytes is str

Initialize selection_change_with with en empty set. It must be a set to allow

Cédric Krier c17fbf5f25 Iter over copy of lxml.etree children 
and remove deprecated usage of lxml.etree getchildren.
The cffi implemenation of lxml doesn't support to change the parent of element
while itering over it. It results of missing loop of some elements.

Cédric Krier bcd28ca071 Remove safe_eval 
We convert all the fields that were storing python code into PYSON.
We add a pyson attribute on field tag to store PYSON value.

read doesn't respect the order of the given ids but search_read has an order
parameter so the read result must be sorted using the index of search result.

Cédric Krier 5a34e18b75 Fix SQLite convert interval for min/max value 
The total_seconds of timedelta min and max can not be used to instanciate a
timedelta. So we need to test for such case and return timedelta min or max.
