Cédric Krier d146d3999a Allow to change One2Many with on_change and store Numeric field with Decimal 
on_change can return list value with 'add' and 'remove' for One2Many:
    'remove' with list of ids to remove
    'add' with key/value for the new record
    all records that are not yet saved by the client before the on_change call
    will be removed.
