Cédric Krier 6c1f09e551 Do not always enforce access on resource selection 
When the reference field is validated (without check access), it should not
fail for SelectionValidationError if the user has no access to the resource.

Since f80dceebed73 the cost price method is retrieved using the multivalue API
and since 11921ff82223 get_multivalue on product calls the template method.

The test was added with 3b15c1378292 but as there is a computed active field
on forecast based on the "to date", the search by record name does not find
any active record.

Cédric Krier 68fdcb3f90 Add option to disable thread in tryton 
As shown in #11767 on some platform the Python threading does not work well
with Gtk. So it is good to have the option to disable it at the cost of less
performance.
