Cédric Krier 5b674ad987 Always encode CSV export in UTF-8 
Browsers do not support the charset in Blob, so it is already always encoded in
UTF-8. But to help users on Windows, we add the UTF-8 BOM because Windows
programs use it as magic number to detect encoding.

Cédric Krier 820b478002 Add permission groups on export 
By default an export is only available for his creator and administrators.
We add a list of groups that are allowed to read and a second subset of groups
that are allowed to modify it.

Cédric Krier 630ef1f570 Do not fail on One2Many with only tree mode 
switch_view should stop when it does not find the view type.

Cédric Krier c92a529391 Use radio for single mode selection 
As the selection mode may be changed after the construction of the view, the
selection column is always constructed but its visibility and the input type
are set on the display call.
