Nicolas Évrard cbaaa525b6 Use a minimal size of 2 for the select tag of MultiSelection widgets 
Browsers based on Chromium renders the select as a "normal" select tag when
size=1. Such that the mousedown event is triggered twice which clear the
selection.

Cédric Krier 7733443332 Set timeout to 0 when receiving PostgreSQL notifications 
There is no need to wait 2 seconds for more notifications as we call
