Cédric Krier 895a0d4344 Add contact_mechanism_get on Party 
Similar to address_get but for contact mechanisms with types and usage
parameters.
It also adds the method 'usages' to allow other models to retrieve a selection
list ready to use. Each module must inherit it and append the field name to
the _fields parameter.

Cédric Krier fa3d7d8be3 Remove search call in address_get 
For performance, it is better to use addresses attribute which is cached

Cédric Krier 994d876a70 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
