Cédric Krier 06bf2b6969 Manage renew of fiscalyear with invoice sequences 
The invoice sequences must be copied with custom code because the constraint
on the period against the fiscalyear invalidate the copy.

When unreconciling the payment of an invoice without tax_identifier the
set_number function is called and it tries to write on tax_identifier field,
which is not allowed to be done because of check_modify.

Cédric Krier e4d7bcb689 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.

Test all combinations of both payment_lines and lines_to_pay and keep the one
with the smaller remainder.
