Xavier Codinas 5c5bf611cf Move toolbar tooltips to bottom 
Since changeset f298a41cd811 the navbar overlaps the tooltips that are
shown in the toolbar items.

Cédric Krier 7ac86ddc2f Fix readonly tests when user has only create access 
The screen should not be read-only if the user is allowed to create record even
if he is not allowed to modify it. And it is the same for the save button.

Cédric Krier 100974a71c Use a wrapper on toolbar to keep the space when toolbar is fixed 
Without such fix, the size of the scrollbar can change and thus prevents to
scroll up to a record.

Cédric Krier a3686bf915 Make display returning promise 
When closing a modified tab without saving, the tab must be remove after the
reload and display. This prevents exception to be raised by calling display on
form widget that are removed.
