We just need to objects.inv for intersphinx mapping.
And as the linkcheck verifies only http links, we do not need the html files.

Some files in modules should always be the same as the template.
We add a CI task to check those files against a new templated version of the
module.

Cédric Krier 615c6c6260 Do not check documentation nor run test on tag 
The tag pipeline has CI_COMMIT_SHA filled but changes rules are always true.
Thus the documentation checks and tests are run for all modules.
So the changes rules should be evaluated if CI_COMMIT_TAG is empty.
