Cédric Krier 082564ceda Convert account move line check_modification into on_modification 
The method is calling validate_move which test the value in the database but
check_modification is called before the update of the database for write.
But on_modification is always called after the database modification.

Cédric Krier a9448b7ec8 Cast currency rounding when comparing against sum of debit - credit for SQLite 
The Decimal value is adapted as string for SQLite backend so without column
affinity to trigger conversion, SQLite compares REAL against TEXT. And for
SQLite's comparison ordering, numeric values sort before text values.

Cédric Krier 830d337d15 Do not normalize Decimal value in XML document 
Some third party expect to always have the trailing 0 in the format of currency
amount. So the amount coming from the database must already have the right
precision to format.
