Cédric Krier 31f95f6956 Allow setting the tax date on taxable lines 
We add a taxing date to the invoice line which allow overriding the value of
the invoice.
When crediting an invoice, the original tax date of each line is stored on the
credit line so the tax are computed the same way.

We define an internal AccountParty model which defines an unique ID for the
couple account and party based on the first move line created.
Then we define a General Ledger model based on this model.

Cédric Krier d831666453 Base journal cash report on account kind receivable and payable 
Since changeset d1d3a1c12158, journal has no more credit/debit accounts.
The journal cash report is based now on all moves between receivable/payable
and others.
We clean also unused Model and method from the removal of the credit/debit
accounts.

Cédric Krier b3cb087a84 Improve create/update chart of accounts 
We create in one call all the records of the same tree level and we update all
the record in one call.
Side effect, as there is no more recursion, the depth of the chart can be
higher than the maximum depth of the Python interpreter stack.

Cédric Krier 8e5df8d1f4 Use converted tests converted by 2to3 
distutils import tests module from the source code, so we must force it to use
the test suite from the absolute path because it will be the converted on in
case of 2to3 otherwise we fall-back to the relative module.
