Cédric Krier 8ea7f9cdfc Restore stored session after first login dialog 
If we find a session once the user has filled the database and login, we should
try it first. If it does not work the first request will trigger the renewal
process.

Cédric Krier 223b2ed06d Prevent modification of cache RPC answers 
The cached value should never be changed after being stored by the setter or
by a getter. So we make a copy of the value before storing it and return
another copy when returned.

Cédric Krier af1f9cb48e Avoid multiple login modal 
Reloading the context should be done with the current session because it can
trigger a renewal and so the current session should be renewed.
When login is canceled, the session clearing must be stored and we should
logout.

If there's only one database it will be displayed in a read only textbox, and if
more databases are available it will display a dropdown with all the databases
that are selectable.
