Cédric Krier 78653bbaa6 Remove safe_eval 
We convert all the fields that were storing python code into PYSON.
We add a pyson attribute on field tag to store PYSON value.

Cédric Krier ce3d70d0d0 Add check for default model access 
When group access exists, a default model access should be defined otherwise
all access are given to non group users.

Cédric Krier c6889b972f Use active_ids in form_relate 
Only active_mode, active_id and active_ids can be used on relate domain because
it is the only values which could be sur to be present.
Also it always try to use active_ids over active_id to give more possibilities
to the user.
