Fix flake8 errors and warnings
...
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Add ir.calendar for month and day
...
This allows to replace time_locale and use the translation infrastructure
instead. So it can be customized using the translation override or derivative
languages.
This provides also a standard base to modules that needs calendar month and
day.

Don't compute supply date for max date
...
When date is max, there is no point to compute a weekday and adding anything to
max will raise OverflowError. Such case should just return max date.
