Cédric Krier 2c390fe71a Add customizable login process 
It adds new configuration option to define the list of login methods.
It defines a new Exception to use to request user data during the login
process.
It separates the generic login attempt protection from the actual
authentication method.
It replace the API of the login methods to use a dictionary of parameters
instead of a single password.

Cédric Krier 15b80c5dd2 Allow Report to generate text plain, XML, HTML and XHTML 
It allows plain, XML, HTML and XHTML as template extension.
It changes the translation type 'odt' into the more generic keyword 'report'.
Translation for text based template are extracted using the Genshi tools.

Cédric Krier 687a51a30c Limit the login size in LoginAttempt 
The login data comes from an unauthenticated user so it could be very large and
thus fill the database. But indeed we don't need to have the full login to get
the LoginAttempt benefit, just the 1024 starting char is enough.

Replace usage of pg_catalog tables by information_schema to take care of user
access.
Ensure to fetch the columns information from the right schema.
Prevent to update default column values if it did not change.
Comment table and column only if the current user is the owner.
