We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.

Other fields like the cost from timesheet_cost may be changed after the line
has been invoiced. This may happen if when writing the invoice line on the
timesheet line, timesheet_cost may trigger the synchronisation of the cost.
