Sergi Almacellas Abellana 20f20c567d Update AEAT 303 to new format 
The amount_to_compensate must be now included in code 110 including the amount
to available for next periods in code 78.

The 01 record has been reordered including some new fields.
The 03 record has been simplified and the new codes have been added.
