Cédric Krier 87f2c03f17 Fix flake8 errors and warnings 
We add the flake8 configuration used so we ensure everyone uses the same.
We remove the usage of __all__ for non public API.
When possible, we rationalize the class name according to its __name__ and module.

Cédric Krier a7b70342d1 Catch KeyError on ModelData.get_id in default method 
Since changeset 685f2d888dca, the default methods are always called in
__register__ when the XML files are not yet loaded.

Cédric Krier 7424998f7d Fix usage of context company 
Default value of company should be -1 to get the right cast and an impossible
value.
Replace False by None as other value in "in" clause.
