This allows to extend the inherit mechanism of the view and support inherit for
the board view.
Also the inherit is now applied to all element found by the xpath.

It is not a good way to enforce good password. It is better to include common
password with repetitive or sequential characters in the forbidden list.

Cédric Krier 0e41c6940a Factorize the instantiation of LRUDict and LRUDictTransaction 
We use default_factory to avoid create unnecessary instances. The
default_factory_with_key argument is added to LRUDict to pass the missing key
to the default_factory method. And we use an LRUDict also for the
Transaction.cache.
