Cédric Krier 8af876568f Do not deduce pending payments linked to a line from direct debit balance 
The balance is calculated using the payment amount of the line which already
deduce the pending payment amount.
So such payment should not be deduced a second times from the balance.

As the number of accounts should be much smaller than the number of lines, it
is more efficient to use a sub-query than joins.
