Fix PYSON evaluation of Date and DateTime on last days of the month
...
If the current day doesn't exist in the month set then javascript switch to the
next month. So to prevent this switch, the date must have a day which always
exists.
There is no test because this misbehavior depends on the current date.

It is needed to be able to differentiate Date and DateTime because Javascript
as only a datetime object named Date.
